Account & Data Deletion
At VizhaLink, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. Below are the steps to request or perform complete deletion of your account and all associated data.
How to Delete Your Data

In-App Deletion (Instant): Log in to the VizhaLink app, navigate to your Profile/Settings page, and click the Delete Account option. This will instantly and permanently wipe your account, selfie profile, and any photographic matches from our database.

Email Deletion Request: If you are unable to log in, you can email us at support@vizhalink.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
⚠️ What happens when you delete your account?
- Your personal metadata (name, email, and authentication records) is permanently removed from Firebase Auth.
- Your reference selfie biometric vectors are deleted from AWS Rekognition.
- All associated matched photo lists linked to your profile are wiped.
